Turnaround Time
Standard Processing Time: Our standard turnaround time for orders is7-14 business days unless otherwise communicated. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Expedited Orders: If you need your order expedited, please reach out to us before ordering to see if we can accommodate your request.Returns and Exchanges
Custom Orders: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the error is on our part. We thoroughly inspect all items before packaging to ensure quality and accuracy.Issues and Concerns: If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We are committed to making things right if it's our fault.
Invoice Verification: Please review your invoice before paying to ensure that we have listed your order correctly.
Sizing Concerns: We kindly ask that you carefully review our size charts before placing your order and read the entire listing details to ensure you select the right product. Our sizing charts are listed under our albums for easy access.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing. No refunds will be issued for items that have been worn or washed.
Care Instructions: We strongly advise following the care instructions provided with your purchase to maintain the quality of your item.
Heat Press Lines
Please note that our heat press may leave temporary lines on the product, which will disappear after the first wash.Color Variations
Monitor Differences: Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor versus what is pressed on the shirt. We do our best to ensure accurate color representation, but variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.Design Sizing
Image Representation: Some of our mock-ups may display a larger image representation. Typically, youth-sized images measure around 9.5 inches, while adult sizes range from 10.5 to 11.5 inches, and plus sizes measure 12.5 inches.Oversized Designs: If you desire an oversized design, kindly inform us when placing your order so that we can offer you an upgrade option.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Carrier: We primarily use Pirate Ship in conjunction with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping and calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package.Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, and we provide tracking information once orders are dispatched.
Responsibility: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages once they are with the shipping carrier.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available in Heartland, TX 75126. The exact address will be disclosed on the invoice. We may consider meet-up arrangements for orders over $50.
Shipping Details: Please provide accurate shipping details, and remember that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. For any concerns related to lost or stolen packages, consider additional insurance or secure delivery options.
Shipping Costs: If you need shipping, please choose the shipping option when paying the invoice, and it will calculate the cost for you.
